PromoGuy's Monday Mission 2.39

1. Who has authority over you? At work, I report to 2 managers. At home, I report to Katya. wink Don't tell Brad though, 'cause he probably thinks he's the boss.

2. Where do you go to get a feeling of community? I get a sense of community with the people I work with. We're a pretty close knit group. I also get a sense of community from the bloggers that I read.

3. What do you do, or have you done, in your life that "goes against the tide?" I, um, called off a wedding 2-3 days before it was supposed to take place.

4. Have you ever used guilt to get you what you want? Have you ever had it used on you? How did you react? I try to be conscious of when I fall into the trap of trying to guilt someone into doing something they don't want to do. I grew up with that being done to me and those around me, and sometimes I do it too. I try very very hard not to though. I hate when I let myself be guilted into doing something.

5. Did you ever do anything in public with your friends as a teenager that you would never do today? Tell me about that. I was basically the "dull" one growing up. I let the boys in the family get in trouble. wink

6. If you were to go to an island for three months, what five "luxury items" would you bring and why? laptop, camera, "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand, music, Brad (who would have to bring his own 5 things). There's so much to read and learn from Atlas Shrugged, that it would probably keep me busy for 3 months. I'd keep notes, etc on the PC. Take pictures of the surroundings. I'm almost never without music. And I like that Brad guy. smile

7. If you would have had a choice, in which time period would you have like to have lived? Why? I think history is interesting, but I wouldn't want to live back then. I'd rather go into the future and see what is going to happen 100 years down the line.

BONUS: Where do you dare me to draw the line? At Hall & Oates music. wink
