Busy weekend

By now you probably realize that Brad and I are more or less homebodies. Periodically we go out with friends or invite people over. It seems that whenever we have plans for one night of the weekend, that magically there is something to do another night of the weekend.

This weekend is like that.

Last night we had dinner with Brad's boss and his co-workers (and their spouses) at his boss's house. The grand total: 7 people (plus their adorable kids who hung out in the basement with the babysitter while we had dinner). We had a really great meal and had nice conversation too. Tonight we're having people out to our house. There's Stacey who's moving to NYC soon (and will be over around 4). Clara who's moving to DC soon (and will be over around 2). And Jim and Scott who aren't part of the relocation plan (and will be over between 4 & 5).

I'm off to the grocery store to pick up dinner stuff. Tomorrow is errand day, but it might also become lazy day since we've had a busy weekend.
