BTW, I'm looking for a townhome or AFFORDABLE house on the South side of town, any advice? :-)
A friend of mine just went condo shopping and I got to go with her to a few places. There are some nice condos not too far from Centennial Airport (Windmill Creek). There are also some new ones going up in Parker - near a brand new movie theater. I don't know the name of those. She didn't really look at houses, so I don't know about the house market around here. www.realtor.com is a pretty good site for looking up what's available.
