Kelly's Two for Tuesday

1. When you're tired, do you embrace sleep -- either by napping or calling it a night -- or do you fight it and stay awake? I love weekends because it means napping. During the week, I fight to stay awake. At night, it depends on the book I'm reading. If it's a really good book, then I'll fight to stay awake and read more otherwise as soon as I start feeling drowzy, I put the book down.

2. Do you have any funny sleeping rituals or habits? I always take out my contact and brush my teeth before bed. I'm (also - see Kelly's answers) a very restless sleeper, so I toss and turn a lot of the night. I don't mean to be a blanket hog, but it seems that it's always hanging on the floor on my side of the bed. It's good that Brad can sleep through anything!

Update: Oh, I sleep with the radio on (or music on)... that's so when I end up wake-ish in the middle of the night I have something to listen to while I fall back asleep. Totally quiet rooms keep me awake.
