Colorado weather

| colorado misc | | Comments (0)

I suspect that everyone who doesn't live in Colorado thinks we are snow-bound 3/4 of the year. It's just not true. Well, it's not normally true.

This year, we've gotten snow earlier than usual. And it's been much colder than usual. The average high for Oct is 67. The average low is 34. For November, it's 53/24. [Info about averages]

I'm not sure if the early snow is related to the really bad drought we had this summer, but it's good to get some precip at last.

And according to weather.com, we're supposed to hit 62 on Thursday so with warmer weather coming back, I can deal with this cold snap.

It got warm enough a few times this weekend to melt most of the snow already. smile

I *heart* Colorado.
