Money saving effort?

It's been really chilly at work this fall/winter. We're all dressed in layers and even then some people are so cold they've brought in small space heaters. According to the thermometer Brad picked up for us the temperature hasn't reached 70 all week. Which would probably be ok except for the cool breeze running through the buildings. It is 22 outside, so that contributes to the general coolness, but you'd think that they could heat the buildings more evenly.

Brrr! Off to get some hot tea.
