That reminds me of this special "protocol training" we had to do for my office. We learned such important things as... "Don't talk behind someone's back", "If you have a problem, address that person directly.", "Do not include a third party in your dispute." and other bits of glorious wisdom.

Can anyone say... Common sense? wink
