Monday Mission 2.49
PromoGuy's Monday Mission
1. Do you get sick very often? What illness do you find that you've had most frequently? I don't usually, but it's been a rough summer and fall so far. I have pretty bad allergies, so when they get out of control, I end up with sinus infections.
2. Do you mind going to see the Doctor when you get sick? Do you know anyone who just refuses to go to a Doctor when they get ill? Any idea why they are like that? I'd much rather go to the doctor and get something for whatever's wrong than wait around to see if it'll get worse. Brad's one of those "I'm not going to the doctor" types.
3. How about visiting the Dentist? Do you go get a check-up every 6 months? Or do you dread going? Every 6 months. I don't really enjoy it, but I don't dread it.
4. Have you ever taken any diet pills, energy pills or energy drinks? How did they make you feel? Do you still take them? How come? I haven't taken diet pills in a while, but I don't think I got a buzz off of them. I could use some energy but I'm not taking anything for that (other than my usual mix of daily vitamins).
5. Have you heard about "Gastric Bypass" surgery that many celebrities are doing to loose weight? (The process reduces the size of your stomach to facilitate weight loss) What are your thoughts on this procedure? Would you ever consider it? How would you feel if a relative were to decide to undergo the procedure? I suspect that for some people, it's the their last resort. I wouldn't do it though.
6. What do you think the opposite sex needs to experience to fully understand what it is like to be your gender? Mood swings! Oh, wait. Men experience those too.
I don't have a serious answer to this.
7. What's the most worthless gadget, infomercial item or "looked like a bargain" item you have ever purchased or owned? Umm... nothing's coming to mind.
BONUS: Why can't every day be like Christmas? Nah, not interested in that. Everything's too hectic at this time of year.

In regards to number 2, that's why they say that women have a longer life span. We're more willing to go to the doctor for checkups. (Serious.)
I've heard that before. I believe it.
