Monday Mission 2.50
(updated - I knew I forgot someone who I wanted to mention!) PromoGuy's Monday Mission 2.50
1. So, what do you want for Christmas this year that you probably won't get? I'd really like to have a gift certificate for a spa day but I'm not sure if that made Brad's list or not.
2. What do you know you will be receiving for Christmas this year? In general, books, movies, music. Specifically, I dunno.
3. If you had the means to do so, what presents would you get some of your fellow bloggers? Be specific, it's more fun that way! Not all things listed are possible to acquire. I'd get Brad a really cool home theater. I'd get our cats an outside room that was safe from wildlife. I'd get Robyn a gift certificate for Sephora and Sonic. I would get Clara a digital camera. I would get Dave a working version of the image software that isn't working right on his server. I would get GeekGrrl and Kristine those cute ornaments I have on my fireplace. I would get Mikey and Jason some porn. I would get Christi some vacation time. I'd get Moxie something, but I'm not sure. I'd get Yvonne's mom a clue. I'd get Statia a gift certificate for Burt's Bees. For PromoGuy I'd get a TiVo and a better cable/satellite company so he can watch all the cool shows that he doesn't get now. I forgot people, but I think I'd better move to the next question if I want to finish this post tonight. Oh, and I'd have enough time to bake for everyone 'cause that's one of my favorite things to do at this time of year.
4. Do you support any organizations that provide for the less fortunate during the holidays? Or do any volunteer work? Yes (support), no (volunteer).
5. What is the most recent thing guilt has motivated you to do? Dunno.
6. Are there any examples of excessive commercialism and/or blatant disregard for the "Christmas Spirit" that really get under your skin? I think if you can afford it and want to, then spend what you want.
7. What would you like to teach the world? How to drive in the snow. How to use their turn signals. How easy it is to be polite to someone in a crowded store, etc.
BONUS: Do they know it's Christmas time at all They might, but I'm kind of having a hard time staying in the spirit.
