Core PHP Programming: Using PHP to Build Dynamic Web Sites (2nd Edition)
PHP Developer's Cookbook (2nd Edition)
PHP Functions Essential Reference

Let me know if any of these are really good - I don't have a php book yet (E says he hasn't seen one that is as helpful as the php.net manual), but I'd love to have something as a physical reference guide here on my desk.
