Updates!
Today (in between working with Statia on skinning her blog), I got some new plugins working.
MTOtherBlog is really cool. I added that so I could show the most recent entry at the Cats' Place, Photos! and Brad's blog. I've wanted to do that forever.
I also installed MTRandomEntries but haven't done anything with it. I also installed MTBlogTimes, but haven't sat down long enough to figure out what to do with it.
I'd already installed Sanitize in December so I could participate in the snowball fight of 2002.
I found all of these cool plugins at Kristine's MT Plugin Directory.
Still to do: add smilies to comments and posts, add the HTML buttons to my comment form (bold, underline, etc). Oh, work on the color scheme (yeah, yeah). Some other odds and ends that I'm forgetting for now. And use those plugins I installed but haven't done anything with yet.

I had a blast both playing with plugins and learning how to skin a site. I really can't wait to do more but this will be a long week at work, so I'm going to try to hold off until the weekend.
And now, I must go to sleep already!
i'm jealous! now i know what i'll be doing tomorrow.
Here's another skinning tutorial I ran across after we'd finished up. I haven't read it yet.
