This-or-That: Sleeping
February 4, 2003: While You Were Sleeping
1. Morning or night person? Night person who gets up early anyway.
2. Heavy or light sleeper? Light. Very light. Brad says I just shut my eyes.
3. Remember your dreams or not? About 50% of the time.
4. Do you need a lot of sleep, or just a little? 7 hours would be ideal but I usually get around 6 during the week.
5. Do you need something like a nightlight or TV to sleep, or do you prefer complete darkness? I would love complete and total darkness, but due to the cat factor, the blinds stay up (or they become a toy). I do have a sleeping mask though and that helps.
6. Flannel sheets or some other kind? High count cotton.
7. One pillow, or more? One pillow.
8. Bedroom door opened or closed at night? Closed.
9. Wrap yourself into blankets like a cocoon, or just cover yourself with them? Cocooning. Sometimes with the obligatory foot sticking out when I get too warm.
10. Alarm clock: wake to music or buzzer? Buzzer. I sleep with the radio on (helps block out random night sounds).
