Melissa posted recently about a site in Japan that seems to be pulling blog content over to their site. I'm not totally sure how it works, but they can be blocked.

People seem to be mixed on the issue, but this much is sure... As long as MY page is on the same page with a link for porn, and no for the anonymizing service or how to contact them, they can stay happily banned.

I still can't decide whether they're hosting all the images or not. It might be encrypted. Guess it's time to learn Japanese.
