Using NewzCrawler to post to MT
Brad tested this out and here's what he told me:
If you're going to post from NewzCrawler, you'll need to go into MovableType's "Weblog Config" -> "Preferences" and change "Specifies the default Text Formatting option when creating a new entry." to "None" because NewzCrawler is sending Line Breaks.
Of course, when you want to post from the Movable Type interface, you'll probably want to switch back to "Convert Line Breaks".

Or you could view the source tab of the post and take out the line breaks
That's easier for me personally, but I know that's not the best for everyone. My posts from inside of Newzcrawler tend to be shorter blips with no more than 2 or 3 paragraphs, and usually one of those is a quote, which I already am going into the source and putting div class="snip" around it 
Yeah, you can do that, too. Everybody is going to have to figure out what works best for them.
For me, I don't intend to post via the web site except in exceptional circumstances, as I like the NewzCrawler posting interface, so I'm going to tailor the settings best for that.
It works! That's the important point.
Thanks for this, I'll try it for an earlier version of NewzCrawler -- IMO more stable. I love NC for reading newsfeeds but for posting I think I'm going to give w.bloggar a chance -- even though Spell Check and uploading image options don't work, at least for me.
