Winter wonderland
We've got a bunch of snow outside and more coming. It's unusual snow for the area. It's wet and heavy. Usually we have very dry (glittery) snow. Not today. There's rumored to be 3+ feet in Boulder. There was 1.5 feet south of us about an hour ago. We have 6-9 inches outside of our house. The main road to the airport will probably be shut down if it hasn't been shut down already. Our county just closed our roads.
Update: Current snow totals from 9news.com.
Pictures! We have pictures (they're dark because I stood in the garage so not to get the camera too wet):
Update: Jim has a lot more snow than we do. He said there was about 18" of the stuff about an hour or so ago. Picture of his back deck.

OH look at all that snow... It looks amazing..
*So Jealous*
I would just like to state that I am not envious of you AT ALL
I'm not jealous. And my husband, who was supposed to be flying through Denver today, is less than thrilled.
Oops! Well, I hope your hubby gets home aok! Our managers are probably stuck in California for at least another day and there's no way we're getting out of here tomorrow, so my life is lower stress right now.
Looks beautiful. I've told the husband I would love to live in Colorado.
I know you're probably tired of snow, but it looks gorgeous from here in balmy San Antonio.
It amazes me to see that much snow when it already feels like early summer here.
Holy cow, I'm sure glad I don't live there. The snow doesn't bother me so much, it's pretty..but I hate cold! LOL It's going to start getting colder here in IL tomorrow, though, I'm afraid!
