Comment feeds question
Andrew and I were having an email conversation about blogs and comment feeds. I need some feedback from you guys (yup, there's that East Coast "accent" coming out)...
What kind of comment feed would you be most likely to use:
> general comment feed - includes comments for all posts
> category based comment feed - comments for the posts in a specific category
> individual post comment feed
For me, the people who have comment feeds that I subscribe to are those people who I consider my friends and I want to be part of their conversations. Or at least have that option.
For the rest of you, I'll have to stick with the old fashioned way of keeping up with your comments. My "old" memory. Otherwise, I'm going to run out of time in the day to work and only be reading blogs (not that this is different than what my husband suspects is doing on anyway).
Lemme know what you think, please. I can work up the other types of comment feeds pretty easily and make them available (with a tutorial, of course).

I would say #1. I like comment feeds. I think #3 would get too massive. Especially if you post 7-10 times a day. *cough* *cough*
As I begin using my news reader more, I really like the general comments feed like you currently have available. I can see people possibly using the second option, but I agree with GeekGrrl that option 3 would probably get unwieldy for a lot of people even on blogs where people don't post as much as she does.
I'm gonna have to go with M and Brandy -- I really like the feed you have that has comments on everything
#2 might be nice for some people; like I have a feed that just has my geekyness category in it, but I don't know that anyone would really care to have the comments just on that category!! But that's just me, and I'm silly 
What I really want, I don't think MT can do.
I want to offer two feeds: one with posts, and one with interspersed posts and comments, ordered by posting date. Having two separate feeds for posts and comments isn't nearly as useful as a single feed with everything.
I'll try to set up that feed tonight, hon.
Aha! The spouse has clarified and I could do what he wants with SQL (I'm positive), he said not to bother.
I need help with my comment feeds. I just can't do it. I have no energy. I feel like all the smart cells in my brain have been sucked out and replaced with stale air.
