Imaloser!
So I gave in. I went to work today [for those playing the at-home game, I've been on vacation since Wed, 4/16]. My project dates might have slipped if I didn't get some stuff done and I just couldn't sit at home and deal with it. Keep in mind I'd already worked about 13 hours since I was on vacation (7 were agreed to since I was the last person to ask for Thursday before Good Friday off).
Read on at your own risk.
Plus I'm feeling like I'm doing the wrong things in trying to get Peri trained. I know it's because I've always had cats, but it's frustrating. I'm taking my puppy books and going into the other room.
And then there are the cats. I forgot to scoop their boxes this morning and someone left a puddle for me. I'm sorry, kitties!
Anyway, I'm going to go watch Thursday's TV and see if that helps any. And read the puppy books.
Good thing there was this love-in today 'cause I needed a little extra!

You're not a loser by any means. You're lavishing that puppy with love and he knows it. He's a little puppy and he'll eventually get it all figured out.
The cats still love you, I promise. Just because the litter boxes get missed once in a while because you have to do so many other things is hardly a reason for them to get mad. They just want a little attention
Now for the love bit. I love you because you've got a sympathetic ear and are always willing to listen and help. I still maintain that you are really rad.
Your love-in post is acting a little weird so I'm leaving this on this one - I know I don't comment a lot, but I read you every day. Just wanted to spread some love
(And don't stress too much on the dog-house training thing. We had a LOT of problems with our dog. He had been at the pet shop a long time too, so he had even gotten used to going in the cage... oy... he still forgets sometimes, but we love him and just do our best.)
