Weekly Wrap-Up #55 - Rain, Rain, Go Away

1. Do you like rain? Why or why not? I like watching the rain over the ocean. I like walking around in a soft rain. I love listening to a heavy rain on the roof. They're all very soothing sounds to me.
2. As a child, what did you do when it rained? I probably read a book or colored.
3. What is currently your favorite rainy day activity? Why? If it's cold and rainy, I like to curl up with a bunch of pillows and blankets and read or watch a movie. It seems like Peri likes to go for walks in the rain.
4. Describe the best rainy day experience you've ever had. A dear friend and I went for a walk on the beach in the rain. We were really silly and it was fun and lighthearted.
5. Suggest a good video/DVD rental for a rainy day. Why did you pick this movie? An Affair to Remember (good romantic movie for snuggling), Princess Bride (fun movie). I like to watch old movies on lazy days.

Friday Five

1. What drinking water do you prefer -- tap, bottle, purifier, etc.? Well water or bottled. The city water around here has a bad taste.
2. What are your favorite flavor of chips? Salt & Vinegar!
3. Of all the things you can cook, what dish do you like the most? I'm more of a baker than a cook, but I'm good at both. Which isn't an answer, so just come over to dinner and I'll demonstrate.
4. How do you have your eggs? Omelet with all kinds of veggies, meats and cheeses.
5. Who was the last person who cooked you a meal? How did it turn out? The nice chef at Cosentino's. I had surf and turf and it was tasty! I brought most of it home. They have really great desserts, but we didn't bring any more. And they make fantastic pizza.
