Puppy update & misc

Well, I think I might have found the perfect doggy day care for Peri. They're about a block off of my drive into work. They only want to have 5-8 dogs total. They also do obedience training and offer private lessons (which will help me too!).

So tomorrow Peri gets his 12 week old shots (he'll be 12 weeks old already!) and a bordetella vaccine (something like that - so he doesn't get kennel cough) and then on Tuesday, I'll run him by the day care and we'll check it out.

Keep your fingers crossed, please!

Update: Tracy set me straight about the bordetella thing.

Also, tomorrow I'm giving blood. So be nice to me when you see me.

Close...bordetella. Anti-kennel cough. It's a muchly good thing to get if he's going to be around other dogs.

Let me know what you think of the doggy daycare thing. I've never seen one other than on t.v. Our dogs always stayed home by themselves (latchkey puppies!).
