Happy cookies!
I installed Firebird this morning and I am a happy woman. Sites are now remembering me. Cookies are set. Life is good.
It makes me want to go out and leave a ton of comments places since I know that I'll be remembered when I go back! (Except at Edge|'s site 'cause he has some other issues.)

I haven't been able to get comment cookies working either.
My cookies are working fine with NS 7.01... Maybe I'm just lucky for once?
Oh, that's good to know! I wasn't using it a lot because I was "forgotten" too often and it was annoying. Good to know I'll be remembered when I install it!

You know, I never check the "remember me" box, I always forget. *note to self* start doing that. (I'm doing good with the commenting!)
I am so happier now that I'm using the newer version of Firebird - it remembers me better, and just is all around more stable... I'm on 0.6, the 516 version, but I'm not sure if that's a nightly or the 0.6 release.
The only thing I've noticed that happens every once in a while is that it crashes sometimes when I use the autocomplete in a form field - it will drop down the remembered info, and then lock up. Besides that, I am so happy with it

Oh, that reminds me.... Kristine, I had the same problem. A said it's a known issue. If you use the keyboard to select from the autocomplete dropdown, it can crash. I've been using the mouse and it seems to be fine. Hope this helps.
Yeah, M, I've been watching the bug reports on this one, waiting for it to be fixed... this build is a whole lot less stable; I haven't crashed nearly as much as the builds before it with this bug!
Aha! I've had that crashing issue as well. I'm just so happy that sites are remembering me that I don't mind typing in my info for those who need a little reminder.
