Quote and morning stuff

"Eat a live toad the first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day."
—Unknown

In other news, Katya got upset with something Grishka was doing last night and started to howl (in our bedroom) around 3am. I got up and put Grishka into the cat room. While I was up, Peri heard me and started barking. So I found my shoes and a coat and took him outside to pee. It seemed like it took forever, but I finally dozed back off.

Then around 5am, Katya wanted to chat and Peri thought he needed some attention. So here I sit, bleary-eyed, wishing I could go back to bed.

At least it's Friday. Maybe I should eat a live toad so my day doesn't get any worse than it already is. tongue

And for the record, Brad slept through almost all of the activity this morning. He is an impressively sound sleeper. *jealous*

Live toad, huh? Don't have any here I think, but there are some crickets and some small mice running about... Maybe I'll try that. Was good advice. (By the way, remember the series "V"?...)

I do, but apparently not enough to understand what you're asking. Waiting to be enlightened!

A night like that would be reason enough to invest in a dog door. Let the dog go out on his own when he needs to pee.
