Weekly Wrap-Up #61 - Pamper Me

1. Do you like to indulge? Why or why not? How does indulging mean something to you that it might not mean to others? I do. I think it's important for people to make time for themselves and this is one way to do that. For me, it's getting my nails done (ok, I do that every other week), my hair cut/colored (every 8 weeks) and a massage every few months. It's taking the time to spend the day reading a good book. Someone else might go on a spending/shopping spree. Someone else might go out for a really nice dinner somewhere.

2. What is the most indulgent thing you ever bought for yourself? For someone else? Why did you buy it? Peri. I got Brad an expensive cell phone. We needed new ones and they didn't have any other colors of the less expensive phone I'd gotten.

3. A friend or loved one buys you a day of pampering at a local salon. What elements do you most look forward to experiencing? Why? The massage. I find them to be incredibly relaxing. I like the connection to another person you get from a massage as well.
