Odds and ends

I had a great time meeting people at Gnomedex. The lectures that I caught were interesting but I missed one or two that I would have liked to attended. I hope that everyone stays in touch though out the year.

I finally got caught up on all of my current blog reads. Now I need to add the new people from Gnomedex. After Chicago.

I'm about 1/2 packed for the trip. Both cats tried to sneak into the suitcase (one at a time), but it's empty now.

I land in Chicago at 10:10pm tonight. I'm staying a really nice hotel that's about 1/2 mile from my class.

Aha! Class info: "All classes are held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A continental breakfast is included for each student. Dress is casual."

I'm not really sure I'll be able to check email while I'm there. Maybe on lunch break. I'll have my cell phone, but it'll be on vibrate during class (and no, that's not invitation to call and make my phone buzz).

I arrive back at DIA at 8:40pm on Tuesday.

Back to domestic stuff before I head out of town again. Have a good few days if I don't manage to get online before I get back to town.
