Honey, I'm home!
I'm back in the lovely state of Colorado where the temps are in the 80s. Where we're not expecting snow tonight (like my friends in MA).
I had a really good time on my trip. It was good to see everyone (old friends, new friends and family). I was disappointed that I didn't get to see everyone I'd originally wanted to, but I'll be back out in those areas again.
I had a funny experience on the flight home. (see below)
I'll post a little bit more about my trip shortly. I sucked with the camera. I only took pictures of my niece, not of any of the other people I visited with (blogger-types: Statia, Adi, Tom, Tiffany, Ben, Shayde, Points, Topaz, and Ellen).
I had a window seat in the row right in front of the emergency exit row (so the seats don't recline). Two women came and sat in the other two open seats next to me. First, the woman in the middle seat asked me if I needed the air vent open as much as I had it open (I said yes). Then the woman in the aisle seat asked if I'd want to move up to a less crowded row. I told her that would be fine, but since I usually sleep the whole flight it didn't really matter to me. So Aisle went and scouted out some open window seats for me. She then checked with the flight attendant to see if it would be ok for me to move. The flight attendant said it would be fine but to wait about 10 minutes for final boarding call.
When final boarding was called, the flight attendant came back and gave me the OK to move to a different seat. I told Aisle that I had a bag in the overhead bin. She asked which one, grabbed it and carried it up to my new seat for me. I settled in and fell asleep for most of the flight home.
Now, I don't leave the house without showering even if I'm going to just be sitting on a plane for 4 hours so I wasn't stinky. I was reading when they first sat down, so I didn't look like the chatty type. It was just weird.

Yay! I'm glad you're back safe and sound. I can't wait to hear more about your trip.
