Beaten up by a 2 year old!

I went over to Bridget's house tonight for dinner. I picked up Thai on the way there too. Mmm, thai. Anyway, I was playing with the kids (2 & 5 years old) and hanging out having a good time. I didn't notice that the 2 year old had a weapon (ok, a plastic electronic guitar) in her hand and was headed right for me. The guitar smashed me in my good eye. Solid contact. At least I managed to close my eyes before it happened so my contact lens didn't get damaged nor did my eye. When she realized what she'd done (I was sitting there with tears streaming out of the wounded eye), she came over to give me a kiss so I'd feel better.

But now I've got a wicked headache and my eyelid feels puffy. I sure hope I don't end up with a black eye. But how many people can say they were beaten up by a 2 year old?

My headache and I are retiring to the other room now.
