Cranberry desserty food

| recipes | | Comments (2)

This recipe is from Bridget's friend Linda...

This makes enough for a large decorative bowl's worth of yummy goodness.

2 bags of cranberries (fresh if possible)
Follow the directions on the bag to cook down the cranberries. It'll probably be 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar per bag. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Graham crackers
Finely crumbled/crushed. Brad got 2 boxes but we probably could have gotten away with 1 box (1 box is plenty).

Whipped cream
Either 2 regular sized containers or one big one. Vanilla is recommended, but you could add the vanilla to the cranberries instead.

Layer the 1/2 of the graham crackers, cranberries and whipped cream. Repeat.

Chill and serve.
