I slept on my left shoulder/side wrong all weekend and now it's really bothering me. It was kind of bothering me 2 weekends ago before I got a massage. Part of it is also the way I sit at my desk at home. I'm going to have to figure out how to correct my posture and fast because this is really sucky.

I have kinda the same problem when sleeping on T's couch... It's nice and comfy and super soft, but I sometimes wake up with my back or shoulder hurting... But it's so damn comfy!!
Periodically, I realize I've sat just the wrong way for too long, and end up with a super-knot. Last time, I took my heating pad to the couch and sat there for a long time, and that helped a bit. I hope yours feels better fast!

Yoga stretches! I've had on/off back and shoulder problems and these really help. I have poor desk posture too, so I do them at work.
Ugh, I'm off to lay down with the heating pad. I'll try yoga stretches after I'm not feeling so sore.
