Blackwood Farm by Anne Rice

| books, movies, music, etc | | Comments (3)

I haven't read any of the Vampire books in a long time because I'd gotten bored with them. For some reason, Blackwood Farm caught my eye and I bought it. It's been a very interesting read and I'm glad I got it. Of course, now I've been sucked in and want to know when the next one will be out.

In this book, a young man, Quinn Blackwood, seeks out Lestat for help getting rid of a ghost who has been with him since birth. Most of the book is Quinn telling his story. Toward the end of the book, we return to current day and interact with Lestat and company.

I liked the way Rice wove the story together.

Ooh! I just started that. I finished Blood Canticle and realized that somehow I had missed Blackwood Farm, I mean I didn't even know it existed!
