Slippin' and slidin' in the snow

It's been snowing for quite a while today. I had my nail appointment so I headed out, figuring the roads would be ok once I got out of our development. Well, not so much.

I ended up spinning out after a turn (overcorrected, thanks) and was facing the wrong way in a slight ditch. I put the truck in 4WD-low and got out of said ditch, turned around and continued to my nail appointment (in 4WD-high).

So now my nails are done and our other outing for the day canceled. I hear my book and he kitties calling me to the other room.
