Blinding headaches

Hopefully this will be nearly the end of my blinding headaches. I visit the dentist in about an hour and a half. Keep your fingers crossed because after 5 weeks of this, I think I'm nearing the end of my coping skills and I really don't want to turn into this raving nutbar.
