Ok, what date would you pick if I said to you "hey, let's do something next Saturday"? 3/20 or 3/27?

This silliness brought to you by the letters D and P.

My answer: 3/27. If you want to do something on 3/20, that would be "this Saturday".

Definitely 3/27. You're absolutely right.

However, after being burned once too many by this, I now usually confirm the date explicitly. Specially on e-mails.
