Some site work

An old acquaintance of mine contacted a mutual friend looking for some help with this Movable Type site. I offered up my assistance. Keep in mind that I don't do graphics so I just worked to make the site clean, easy to navigate, etc. He'll find someone to make a pretty banner for the site at some point.

The only requirements I really got were to pick colors from the book cover. I'm pretty happy with it. Not my most favorite colors in the world (the page background looks a little more yellow on my work monitor), but a definite improvement over the old site. It was a fun few nights of work.
