Dental update, part 902183
12/30/03 - Six month check up. Decided that 2 fillings would need to be re-filled.
1/27/04 - Two fillings are re-filled.
1/28 - Extreme pain and sensitivity brings me back to the dentist where I'm told that it's because the fillings were so deep.
3/22 - Back to the dentist after 2 months of incredible, brain killing headaches. Start of the root canal.
3/29 - Ha! I have longer roots in my teeth so this visit only discovered that.
4/13 - Removed the rest of the roots.
4/14 - Back again. The pain was too much. They had to un-fill and re-fill the tooth.
4/30 - Permanent filling.
Ok, so now the root canal is done (5 visits to do it). Next up: a crown. I have no idea how many visits that will require.
When this is all said and done, I'm changing dentists. My 6 month check up is coming up again in 2 months. Ugh.

If you didn't have teeth, this wouldn't be a problem.
What are you doing to your teeth, girl!?
Jay: I like having teeth.
NB: It started out as two really old fillings (next to each other) that needed to be drilled out and re-filled. Life went downhill rapidly from there.
Wow, and I thought my last extraction was bad! I had it done at the UHSC dental school 'cause I was out of work at the time.
I've said it before, I'll say it again. I wish that you lived close enough to go to my dentist.
