Media blog
I've started a media blog. I was getting tired of editing my "2004 Books & Movies" list all the time. I've got the 5 most recent entries listed in the sidebar. I've disabled comments for the media blog (I might re-enable them - who knows).
Anyway, I'm open to suggestions. Should I enable comments there or just mention over here when I've actually read something, etc?
I've gotten all of this year's movies moved over there. And a decent amount of the books. Below is a list of other books I've read this year that I didn't blog about. I'll have to try to remember what they were about and write up a little blurb. Or just make one post and cheat.
It won't happen tonight though.
Alice Sebold's "The Lovely Bones"
Dan Brown's "Angels & Demons" (Good read.)
Dan Brown's "Deception Point"
China Mieville's "The Scar" (Odd story.)
Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughes' "Full Blast" (another racy summer-type read)
Tracy Chevalier's "The Virgin Blue" (I liked this one even though the main male character was annoying.)
Nora Roberts' "Birthright" (Sad/thoughtful, but a good read.)
Mitch Albom's "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" (Interesting premise.)
Scott Turow's "Reversible Errors"
James S. Crowley's "The Magic Hour" (Too ... dumbed down. Something.)
Barbara Delinsky's "Flirting with Pete" (Interesting study of what a brain under stress will do to survive.)

ha! i am not the only person who reads Nora Roberts!
