Colorado Ren Fest
For the first time ever, I went to a Ren Fest. I've lived here 8 years and never been. Well, that's the last time I miss out on something that fun!
I decided that I wanted to dress up, so I brought some money and got a fun, wench-y outfit and got my hair braided. The weather was hot, but it rained once and that cooled things off a little bit. I also got a decent sunburn, though as you might imagine, it's "interesting" due to my outfit. Alas, none of the people I was with had a camera, so no pictures this time.
I'm definitely looking forward to going next year!

i've always wanted to go to a ren faire, but my husband forbids me (mostly because he fears my propensity to dress up). glad you had fun!
Mmmm. Ren faires. Alas, they shall be in the background until the move is done an Stonekeep gets to the point of paying the bills. Durned things are mighty spensive!

We haven't made it and don't think I have any time left to go. I've always loved Ren Fests.
