Big update
Brad and I are splitting up. Our house is under contract and we're both apartment hunting. This is amicable and we're both doing ok. (Read Brad's post.)
But don't be surprised if you don't see me around leaving comments for a while. Blog reading is pretty low priority right now.
The house closing is on August 25th and we need to be moved by noon on August 27th.
This is the place I'm seriously considering moving into.
