Bye-bye house

The house closed today. We got about what I'd estimated we'd get based on the info we had about fees, etc. Brad and I still have to pick up some stuff that's in the garage, but that'll all be done tomorrow and we'll leave them the final key and garage door opener.

The couple who bought our house is really nice. Brad and I gave them all kinds of info about the town of Elizabeth, ISPs, random things about the house, etc. I also left them my cell phone number in case they think of something else they need answered.

I'm glad they got the house. And they seemed very happy to be getting the house.

Brad's going to email and check up on Peri tomorrow. Hopefully he's adjusted well to his new family. The cats seem to be very happy in my apartment now.
