And at home, I catch myself starting to anser the phone like I do at work!
One day while I was working a night shift in a customer support call center - I had just finished helping this rather elderly woman with a lengthy problem and as I hung up.. I said - "I love you Grandma" the woman paused for like 15 seconds and then she said.. "well I love you too" and then hung up.. Oh yes.. that made the company blooper reel (they really do record those things you know)
