Brad asked what people time shift... I finally wrote the list down.

Monk (Channel 24)
L&O: SVU (9)
Gilmore Girls (2)
ER (9)
L&O (9)
Veronica Mars (3)
Family Guy (13)
Coupling (162)
Boston Legal (7)
That 70s Show (13)

I need to get caught up on the stuff on my Tivo because it's stopped recognizing the season passes and I'm pretty sure I'll have to get Tivo on the line and do a hard reset.
