1. May I inquire as to the origin of the disclaimer on your blog? Was there a specific incident or is it just good common sense?
Brad added it to his blog and it just seemed like a good idea. I don't often talk about work anyway, but I thought I'd play it safe.

2. Do you prefer fantasy or sci-fi books? Defend your answer.
I really enjoy both genres. I like sci-fi for the "this is our world, but in the future" type writing and fantasy for the "this is definitely not our world or your normal abilities" type stuff.

3. I know you volunteer at fan conventions. Tell us about an experience with a fan that caught you off guard, even for a FanCon.
I haven't really had any odd interactions at the cons I've been to. Sorry! I'll be sure to look for the weirdos at the next one though.

4. Do you own any other domains for a rainy day? Are they top secret or can you share them with us?
I do! I have lisaster.com (but I just let it lapse), morethangeek.com (which I was going to use as a consulting site but haven't done anything with), oldhollywood.org (which I love but don't know what to do with) and techieswithcats.com.

5. Of all the shows on your TiVo right now, which two do you really, really wish you had time to watch?
Well, I only have 2 shows on there right now: Law & Order and That '70s Show but of the things I Tivo, I love Gilmore Girls and Monk rank at the top of my list.
