Funny story

I decided that I'd leave my truck at home this trip instead of parking at the airport for a week+ so on Monday I got to research airport shuttles.

I went to company A's website and made a reservation for pick up at my apartment on Friday evening. I got a confirmation and everything. Later that night I got email from company A telling me that they were currently not operating and to please call company B. Blech, but ok.

I called company B and asked if they picked up in my area (since their web site said they do not). She said no, but they're covering company A's territory while company A figures out what they're doing. Then she said there's a big meeting Wednesday night to determine if company A will be back in business and she can't take a reservation from me until that meeting.

So now I'm at the point where both company A and B will not commit to giving me a ride to the airport.

I figured I'd call tonight and see what happened but on the way back from lunch today there was a different airport shuttle next to us. I called them and they were happy to commit to getting me to the airport.

I like when things are taken care of so I booked with them.

I kind of would like to find out what happens with company A and B, but sheesh. Company A could have put something on their web site.
