Geeking

Ha! I did it.

I got my new KVM switch (Aten CD-1762) set up and now the Mac has access to the DVI monitor*. And I have dual monitors when I'm using Windows again. And everything works. And the cables are not nearly as frightening as they were before. I'm very pleased.

I'll try to take a picture tomorrow with the Treo but no promises.

* A million thanks to Tiff for helping me with the funky flicker problem. I also discovered that I was having a power draw problem when the PC was on so I moved some stuff to a different outlet and things are happier now.

The Treo gives okay pictures... if you have "adequate" (read: very bright and broad-spectrum, the more natural the better) light. Good luck. *grin*
