Rules:
List 5 things you enjoy, even when no one is around and you want to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs. (I don't like tagging people, so if you do this, either leave me a comment or trackback this post so I can read your list.)
1. Reading! I love to read. I read almost every day (I'm talking about those paper things with pages and print on them). I like reading blog and LJ as well, but my first love is reading books.
2. Napping. There isn't much that can't be fixed by laying down on the couch and having a cat join you for a snooze.
3. Listening to music. Depending on my mood, different music relaxes me.
4. Taking a bath (or shower). I'm not really good at staying in the tub for long periods of time, but I love standing in the shower.
5. Daydreaming. Nuff said.
