Job opening

So today is the first interview for someone to take over my job. I don't like interviews, regardless of which side of the table I'm on. Our candidate seems like he is solidly technical so we have to see how he does with the project management side of things.

Anyway, I'm a technical project lead (not quite a manager (thank goodness) for a company in Centennial (used to be Englewood), CO.
