I met a blogger!

I had a lot of stuff listed on Freecycle (stuff that didn't make the "need to move 2000 miles" cut) and lo and behold... Ms Colagrl wanted some of my stuff. It turns out that she lives pretty close by and neither of us realized it. It was cool to meet her even if it is 7 days before I move. *waves hi to her*

Anyway, she took a bunch of stuff off of my hands. The rest went into the garage where it will rehomed to Good Will or somewhere similiar. No more Parker Freecycle for me because at least half of the people couldn't be bothered to say "gee, I won't be over tonight" or "nah, changed my mind." (Though the ones who came by were all very nice and friendly.)

In other news, my weekend looks to be unbusy so I'll put even more stuff in boxes, upgrade to Movable Type 3.2, (maybe even try to get away from this default boring style) and babysit the on-call pager for the last time. Oh, and maybe a movie. I have one more free movie pass from work so I might as well use it.

There ya go. Less than 7 days until I leave Colorado. Nervous? Yes. Excited? Hell yes! Dreading the cost of gas on the drive? Ugh. Let's not talk about that, k?
