Blah!

So Friday night and Saturday day my asthma was acting up enough that I had to use my Albuterol inhaler to get some relief (which is a mixed blessing because it gives me the shakes when I have to use it). So this morning, I doubled my dosage of Advair (I'm using the lowest dosage inhaler once a day, so I used it twice this morning) (the doctor has told me it's ok do to this as needed and if the "as needed" period lasts a few weeks, then to see about going to a higher dosage Rx).

So my asthma was better for the rest of Saturday and Sunday.

Last night, I got home to my kitty and shortly afterwards started sneezing and needing to blow my nose. That has lasted straight through until now (with no signs of letting up). I've used up a brand new box of 180 count Kleenex and just opened a 130 count box. Miserable.

I just checked my calendar and my last allergy shot was 2 days short of 6 weeks ago. Poor body. Plus there's the part of my kitty and my roomie's kitty still adjusting to each other so she's in my room with the door closed (contained allergens galore). Poor bodies.

I was going to have dinner with a friend but I'm thinking that laying down might be a better plan.

This is likely to turn into a cold 'cause there's too much mucus in my system and it'll end up doing bad things to my ears.

Allergies + change of seasons in a new state = Unhappy Lisa body.
