Reflecting
Happy almost Thanksgiving. This is one of my favorite holidays because it means turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce (not from a can, thankyouverymuch). Plus you get to see a bunch of people who you like and what's not to love about that?
Things I'm thankful for (in no particular order):
- Living not nearly so far away from my parents
- Living near my niece and my brother and sis-in-law
- Having a friendly, healthy relationship with my brother again
- Dating a wonderful man (oh right, hi, I'm dating again)
- Living with a really cool woman
- Brad - for being a good friend and for also making sure I don't go into Gilmore Girls or Veronica Mars withdrawals
- Being brave enough to switch work fields and surviving it
- Working for SixApart and the spiffy people there
- Silk long underwear (need more!)
- The wonderful friends I left in Colorado (but am planning on visiting in March, I think)
- The wonderful friends I've made in MA
- The wonderful people I know through LiveJournal, blogging or some other Internet connected way
- Food on my table, bills paid, somewhere warm and safe to sleep at night
- Good music
- A nice car for when I need to go places
There are probably more things, but I should get back to work now. ![]()
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you (or happy Thursday if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving)!

Canned cranberry sauce rocks! It is right up there with Kraft Mac and Cheese!
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving Lisa!
Canned cranberry has its uses (easier to use in sandwiches). And I like Kraft man&cheese.... but I *love* homemade cranberries best of all.
