Sweet potato pie

From Brad's mom's recipe...

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
.5 cup brown sugar
.25 teaspoon nutmeg
.5 stick butter
.5 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg

Mix together. Put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 until it begins to set. About 20 mins.

Topping:
1.75 cups crushed Special K or Rice Krispies
.5 cup chopped pecans (I usually leave these out)
.5 cup margarine
.5 cup light brown sugar

Melt margarine. Mix ingredients together. It'll still be fairly dry. Spread over casserole. Bake until brown. About 20 mins.
