When helping a friend pays off big!
Jim had his site hosted with some friends and had been thinking of moving it for a while. Since I like doing that, I offered to help him (even before I started working for 6A even). So I grabbed his files and his stylesheet and started working it into the new templates. I got stuck (not too shocking because he's doing some kind of interesting things in there) so I called upon my design-y friend adi. Between us, we got Jim's stuff working (nearly) flawlessly and ready for once Jim got home and had time to open his new hosting account up.
Anyway, he got back, we got things moved to the new host and now he's back and running on his own account.
In return for my work (and adi's (adi - email me)), I got prints of these gorgeous photos (8x12):
Moreno Glacier, Calafate, Patagonia, Argentina, 2005
Antarctica. A lagoon in the center of a giant iceberg.
Natimuk, Victoria, Australia, 2005
Wall of China
Verdon, France
Cairo
Now I just have to buy some frames for them and hang them up.
Thanks, Jim!
