Shoe therapy

| daily misc | | Comments (5)

So I've been having a bit of a bothersome week. I was talking to E yesterday (I'm going to CTRF on Saturday and she's lending me a variety of cloaks so I don't freeze my butt off) and I mentioned that while I have garb, I was lacking in appropriate footwear.

So provided me with a link to a nice pair of boots, from Target, no less! So on my lunch break, I hopped in the car and headed out to Target. I didn't find the exact pair she'd mentioned, butI did find a pair that will work nicely (similar, but no folded over top). (I did find the right pair.)

While I was there, another pair caught my eye and I decided whathehell and bought them too. They're sitting in the box still, and I'm not sure if I'll keep them, but they make me smile. (Most likely, I'll go shopping with E sometime and find a good pair of fun boots.)

Hi Dad. grin Nope, but I have a friend who goes goth dancing and they'd be great for going out with them.

So cool that you're going to the Renaissance Festival! Do you remember from when you lived here in CO the Renaissance Festival every summer up in the mountains? (I can't remember the precise town right now. lol) I've ALWAYS wanted to go, but never have - YET. One of these years I'll make it. smile

Cool boots - both pair!

Leigh - Is that the Scottish Festival in Estes Park? If so, I didn't make it there, but I went to the one in Larkspur a couple times and had a lot of fun.
